Preparation
1. Cook the pork sausages to yourliking.
2. Boil the baby potatoes untiltender.
3. Mix together 2 tbsp soft cheesewith chives, 2 tbsp greek styleyogurt, 1/4 tbsp wholegrainmustard, diced pepper, parsleyand some Kania salt & pepper.
4. Drain the potatoes & cool slightly.
5. Mix the potatoes with theyogurt mix.
6. Serve along with the sausages &some Batts mustard.
