By covering the beef in an ale marinade you make yoursteak incredibly tender with a wonderful sweet maltflavour.
Method
1. Pour the ale into a large bowl and stir together withthe dried spices, honey, and soy sauce.
2. Remove the steak from the packaging and submergein the bowl of marinade. Cover the bowl and put thebowl into the fridge for 1 hour.
3. After 1 hour, cook the steak on a griddle pan/grill/barbecue. This marinade makes the beef very tenderand it will cook extremely rapidly so if you like yourmeat rare, simply sear for 1 minute on either side!
Once cooked, pair your steak with the ale you used forthe marinade and serve with homemade chips ora baked potato and fresh salad.
