Ingredients

1 packet packet Lamb Chop Lamb Chop
1 tbsp tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic Vinegar
1 handfuls handful Parsley Parsley
4 tbsp tbsp Olive Oil Olive Oil
1 cloves clove Garlic Garlic
(diced)
2 sprigs sprig Rosemary Rosemary
1 Lemon Lemon
(tested and juiced)
1 handfuls handful Coriander Coriander
1 handfuls handful Mint Mint
1 tbsp tbsp Mustard Mustard

Method

  1. First turn on your barbecue.
  2. Now mix the lamb with the herbs, garlic, 2tbsps of olive oil and season well.
  3. Now mix the lemon zest, herbs, mustard, 2 tbsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and the garlic together and season to taste
  4. Now barbecue the chops for 4 minutes on each side and squeeze the lemon juice over the top of each. Serve with the salsa verde on the side & creamy mash.
