Method
- Place cherries in an ice cube container/maker, top up with water and cool in freezer.
- Mix grape juice, orange juice, vanilla sugar and cinnamon together, cover and leave for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Then pour through a sieve into a bowl or a vessel, add ice cubes and pour in well-cooled bitter lemon.
- Tip: For adults, replace the bitter lemon with sparkling wine and a dash of cherry liqueur.
