|juice and grated peel|
|60 g g||Brown Sugar Brown Sugar|
|1 handfuls handful||Mint Mint|
Leave the blueberries slightly frozen.
Mix with the lime juice and sugar, then let it defrost completely, then cool.
To serve, spread the blueberries with juice onto 8 glasses and pour in chilled champagne. Garnish with mint.
Tip: The drink also tastes non-alcoholic: then add blueberries instead of champagne with bubbly mineral water.
