Preparation
- Begin by boiling chicken stock, bring to the boil and then allow it to simmer and add garlic, ginger, chilli and cook for ten minutes.
- Add noodles, mushrooms and peppers and cook for a further five minutes.
- Then add the seafood, spring onion, soy sauce and honey and cook for five more minutes until the seafood is cooked.
- Finish with coriander and serve.
