Preparation
1.Finely chop the chocolate. 2.Mix sugar and cinnamon. 3.Melt butter. 4.Unroll the dough and cut into 6 triangles. Brush thinly with butter, leaving a narrow margin all around the edge. 5.Place the cinnamon and chocolate in the center of the dough triangles. 6.Roll up from the narrow side, while pressing the dough on the sides firmly, so that the filling does not escape. 7.Form rolls into croissants and evenly space them apart on a sheet of baking paper. 8.Bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Serve lukewarm or cooled if preferred.
