Preparation

  1. Tear a piece from one end of the sausages, so to look as though the sausage was torn.
  2. At the other end of the sausage put a small slit in the tip and insert an almond, this represents the fingernail.
  3. Slice into the outside middle section of the sausages as this represents finger joints.
  4. Spread sausages on a plate and distribute ketchup in the middle over the torn sausage ends.
