Heat pan and place burger on pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
With 1 minute left of cooking, place easy gouda cheese on top of ¼ pounder in order to lightly melt.
Assemble burger starting with the bottom bun topping with Rocket, our burger with the lightly melted gouda, bacon, coleslaw, black pudding, tomatoes & grilled onions.
