Crispy Honey and Balsamic Sprouts

1. Heat the oven to 180°C.

2. Toss the sprouts onto a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with the soy sauce, olive oil, honey and add the orange rind, along with lots of salt and pepper. Toss to coat the sprouts in the sauce.

3. Place into the oven for 30 minutes or until golden. Turn halfway through. You might need to move the sprouts from the outside, to the inside to ensure an even cooking time.

4. Serve alongside your favourite dinner sides and main dish.
