Dark Daiquiri - Halloween Cocktail

Preparation

1. In a small jar with a lid, mix the white rum with the black food colouring, close the lid and shake until fully combined.
2. Shake the black rum together with the lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Strain into a chilled glass and serve.
