Preparation
Serves 4
150g frozen cherries
75g caster sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
200ml rum
Large handful of ice
Strawberry syrup, for garnish
Place frozen cherries in a blender and add sugar, lemon juice and rum. Add a large handful of ice and blend until smooth.
Squeeze a small amount of strawberry syrup around the rim of each glass and allow to drip down the sides and pour the daiquiri to serve.
