Method
Method
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees
- Cream butter and sugar for 5 mins
- Add the eggs and half the flour and beat
- Add the vanilla extract and the rest of the flour
- Put cases into tray and fill them with 2 tbsp. of the mix
- Bake for around 15 mins and let them cooldown on a tray
Buttercream icing:
- Cream the butter and icing sugar
- Add the milk and vanilla extract and beat
- Wait until the cupcakes are cool and then decorate them with the icing and sprinkles
- Enjoy and eat most of them yourself
