Preparation
- Dice the onion and put into a bowl with the mince and the egg. Season with salt and pepper and combine.
- Sprinkle some water onto your hands and divide the mix into 4. Roll into balls and gently press down on each so they form a burger shape.
- Cover and pop in the fridge for 30-45 minutes
- When ready to cook, you can fry on a lightly oiled hot pan or place them on a hot barbeque for 5 minutes each side.
- Lightly toast your buns, place your burger in the bun and top as you please!
