Method
1.Peel the fruit, depending on the variety.2.Stone or core fruit and dice into small pieces.3.Mix in lime juice and then drain the excess.4.Mix quark, crème fraîche, sugar and cinnamon together. 5.Dollop the quark mixture on top of the fruit or serve in a side dish if preferred. 6.Serve immediately.
