Fish fillet with spicy tomato and avocado salsa

Preparation

  1. Clean, wash, halve and core tomatoes. Then finely dice.
  2. Clean the onions and cut into fine rings. Chilis, chop and finely chop.

  5. Mix with half of the lime juice.
  6. Prepare ingredients and season with salt. Cool.
  7. Wash the fish fillets, pat dry and season with the remaining lime juice, salt and pepper.
  8. In hot oil, fry 2-3 minutes from each side.
  9. Serve with salsa.
