Put the plain flour and seasonings (paprika, salt and pepper) onto a plate and combine together. Heat the casserole dish on medium. Once it has reached heat, dust the pork chops with the flour mixture and fry the pork chops on the casserole dish in batches of 4 until they are golden on each side.
Add the cider, onions, apples, garlic and Worcestershire sauce to the casserole dish.
Give it a final stir to make sure everything is coated and bring to a simmer. Turn your oven to 150° C. Carefully transfer the dish into the oven.
Cook in the oven for 3.5 hours.
Serve with fresh vegetables and mash or a green salad and a crusty baguette.
