|2 handfuls handful|| Baby Carrots
(peeled (Or 2 regular carrots peeled and sliced))
|100 g g||Butter Butter|
|1 tbsp tbsp||Sugar Sugar|
|1 pieces piece|| Anise Stars
|1 pinches pinch||Salt Salt|
- On a medium heat melt the sugar and butter in a small frying pan or large saucepan.
- Add the carrots, star anise and salt & pepper.
- Cook for approximately 10 mins or until the carrots or tender but not over cooked.
