Method

Method

  1. On a medium heat melt the sugar and butter in a small frying pan or large saucepan.
  2. Add the carrots, star anise and salt & pepper.
  3. Cook for approximately 10 mins or until the carrots or tender but not over cooked.
  4. Serve
