Preparation

    Makes: four breakfast pots and 4 banana sticks

    For the granola:

  1. Heat oven to 180C.
  2. Toss all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and arrange on a largebaking tray. Place into the oven for 5 minutes, toss and cook for another 10 minutes. Leave to cool before breaking up, this will give nice granola clusters.
  3. For the bananas:

    1. Insert a lollipop stick into the cut end of the banana then, brush with 2 tablespoon of theyoghurt. Arrange50ggranola on a plate and roll the bananas in this to coat. You may need to break up the granola a little if too chunky.

    For the granola pots:

    1. Add a yoghurt to each jar, top with the fruit and then the granola. Refrigerate until ready to use or serve straight away.
