Grinch Frozen Cocktail

Preparation

1. Dip your glass into some simple syrup and then roll the rim of the glass in coconut.
2. Add the vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, ice and frozen mango to a mini blender. Blend until smooth. Add a few drops of green food colouring and blend again. Add enough food colouring to achieve a Grinch green colour!
3. Spoon into the prepared glass, garnish with a cherry and enjoy.
