Preparation
Cooks notes: if you only have lemons feel free to use them instead of limes.
Equipment needed: cocktail shaker
Place the ice in a cocktail shaker along with the rest of the bloody mary ingredients. Shake until all the ingredients are incorporated but not frothy. Pour into glass and top with extra ice if required, insert celery stick. Thinly slice a black olive across the centre to expose the hollow centre. Cut a little off the end of two mini mozzarella balls and attach the olive round, thread onto a cocktail stick and place on the top of the glass.
