  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain, and allow to cool.
  3. Slice the bottom of the boiled egg as this will allow the egg to stand.
  4. Slice tomatoes in half, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the tomatoes on top of the eggs.
  6. Use a piping bag to add dots of cream cheese to the top of the toadstool.
  7. Decorate the plate with fresh cress leaves and place the toadstools on top.
