Preparation
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Primadonna olive oil
1 Oaklands onion
1 pack of our Irish lean steak mince
500g Baresa Italian tomato passata
1 pack of Baresa spaghetti
1 Simply garlic baguette
1 tbsp basil
200g grated mozzarella
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot/pan. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Put your spaghetti in a pot of boiling water. Add a generous pinch of salt to prevent it from sticking together. Allow to cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add the mince to the pan and cook for 10-20 minutes until it is all nicely browned.
Add the passata, bring to the boil and then simmer while your spaghetti cooks.
Combine the spaghetti, mince, and mix.
Serve and sprinkle with grated mozzarella, some fresh basil, and a side of garlic bread for the perfect hearty mid-week meal.
