Preparation

  1. Pre heat the grill or bbq
  2. Wrap one piece of prosciutto ham over the sea bass and drizzle some olive oil and season.
  3. Now grill the fish or bbq for eight minutes until cooked and the ham is crispy.
  4. Finish with some lemon juice
  5. Mix the rocket lettuce with olive oil and courgette and then add some cheese to the salad with lemon juice.
  6. Finish with some mint and seasoning and serve.
