For the sandwich:

Kid-Friendly Bento Box
- Heat oven to 180°C. Arrange the goujons on a large baking tray. Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden. Remove and allow to cool.
- Remove the crusts of the bread, arrange the 8 slices on a board and spread the mayonnaise onto one side of each slice. Spread the sweet chill on top of the mayonnaise on four slices.
- Slice the chicken and arrange on the sweet chilli, top with the iceberg and the other slice of bread.
- Arrange the sandwich and other ingredients into lunchboxes.
