For the sauce

|1 tsp tsp|| Tabasco
|1 pinches pinch||Sweet Paprika Sweet Paprika|
|1 bunch bunch|| Chives

1 First, make the sauce by mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
2 Prepare the lobsters by cracking the shells and extracting the meat according to package instructions.
3 To assemble, layer the lettuce into two glass bowls or martini glasses. Add the chopped avocado.
4 Top with the lobster, then spoon over the sauce. Sprinkle lightly with paprika, scatter with chives and serve with brown bread.
