For the sauce

1 tbsp tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp tbsp Lemon Lemon
(lemon juice)
1 pinches pinch Salt Salt
1 tsp tsp Tabasco Tabasco

To assemble:

1 Lettuce Lettuce
1 Avocados Avocado
1 pinches pinch Sweet Paprika Sweet Paprika
1 bunch bunch Chives Chives
2 Lobster Lobster

1 First, make the sauce by mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

2 Prepare the lobsters by cracking the shells and extracting the meat according to package instructions.

3 To assemble, layer the lettuce into two glass bowls or martini glasses. Add the chopped avocado.

4 Top with the lobster, then spoon over the sauce. Sprinkle lightly with paprika, scatter with chives and serve with brown bread.
