Method
- Peel the mango, cut the meat from the stone and roughly dice.
- Peel orange and banana and roughly dice.
- Fold the fruit smoothly with apple and lemon juice.
- Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve smoothie fresh.
