Method
Ingredients:
- 50ml Dundalgan Irish whiskey
- 30ml orange juice
- 15ml lemon juice
- 30ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Method:
1. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, whiskey, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake.
2. Add a large handful of ice and shake again until the shaker is cold.
3. Strain into a glass and serve immediately
