This recipe is destined to become a family favourite! Not only because you can create this wholesome dinner in just 20 minutes, but the delicate curry flavour makes it suitable for the whole family, and it's super simple to adapt for a baby.

Ingredients

1 tbsp tbsp Olive oil Olive oil
1 Large Onions Large Onion
(finely chopped)
1 Garlic Cloves Garlic Clove
(minced)
1 tsp tsp Ground Turmeric Ground Turmeric
1 tsp tsp Garam Masala Garam Masala
400 ml ml Coconut Milk Coconut Milk
400 g g Seafood Seafood
(mix of cod, salmon & smoked haddock)
200 g g Frozen Peas Frozen Peas

Method

Portions: 4 x Adult or 2 x Adult and 3 x Children

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the onion for 3 minutes until soft.
2. Add in the garlic and spices and cook for a further minute. Add a splash of water to prevent them from sticking.
3. Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add in the fish mix and peas and cook for about 3 minutes until the fish is starting to flake; check for bones. Serve straight away with rice.

For Baby

Adding texture (6 ½ months+)

After checking the fish for bones, blend it into the recipe

Textured (8 months+)

Flake the fish and check for bones, mash it in with the vegetables and sauce.
