Method
- Place the natural yogurt in a bowl. Use a microplane or grater to add the zest of half a lemon to the yogurt. Add the honey and mix well.
- Divide the granola into two bowls.
- Top the granola with the lemon and honey yogurt.
- Top with goji berries.
