Preparation
- Clean and remove thick stalks from cabbage, cut into narrow strips. Peel and dice onion in hot butter for 2 min. Add the mustard seeds and fry for 1 more minute. Remove 2-3 tablespoons of the ingredients and set aside.
- Add mustard to the onion in the pan, briefly simmer, then drizzle with wine and stock, add salt and pepper, cook for 3.5 minutes and let it cool.
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Cut salmon into medium sized pieces, add sour cream to cabbage and cook for another 3 min. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and more mustard depending on taste. Drain pasta, add in sauce and remaining onion and mustard mixture.
