Penne Pasta with Red Onions and Goat's Cheese
- Peel and dice onions, fry with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Sprinkle onions with sugar, leave to caramelise for 1 min. Add balsamic vinegar and red wine and leave to simmer for 3 minutes, add in water from the pasta and stir in goat's cheese.
- Wash and finely chop chives.Chop walnuts and dry fry, add pasta to sauce.
- Sprinkle pasta with walnuts and chopped chives.
