Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°c. Cook the breaded mini fillets on a baking tray for 20 minutes, or until crisp & golden.
- Mix the chilli mayonnaise & hummus together and set aside. Mix the peppers with the garlic and olive oil.
- Heat the wraps for 15 seconds in the microwave.
- Place the wraps onto plates and spread with the chilli hummus mix. 2 goujons
- Then add a spoonful of peppers, rocket and the breaded mini fillets and serve immediately.
