S’more Skillet Cookie
This is an easy dessert to bring straight to the table for a great Friday night in feast. You can use either white or milk chocolate in the cookie or a mixture of both.
Preheat oven to 180°Cand grease a 10’’ cast iron skillet.
Melt the butter and sugar together in a small saucepan and transfer to a large mixing bowl to cool a little. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until combined. Along with the vanilla and salt. Fold through the flour and baking powder and beat until fully incorporated. Stir in thechocolateand marshmallows .Spread the dough out in the prepared skillet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes, the centre should still be a little gooey.
Serve straight away with ice cream and dig in.
