Preparation
- Clean and rinse the mixed salad and radish, then dry.
- Distribute on a festive plate.
- Chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad leaves.
- Mix together balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and oil to create the vinaigrette.
- Wash the figs, cut into thin slices, spread over the lettuce and drizzle over thevinaigrette.
- Sprinkle parmesan over it.
- Arrange the ham as desired.
