Preparation

  1. Clean and rinse the mixed salad and radish, then dry.
  2. Distribute on a festive plate.
  3. Chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad leaves.
  4. Mix together balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and oil to create the vinaigrette.
  5. Wash the figs, cut into thin slices, spread over the lettuce and drizzle over thevinaigrette.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan over it.
  7. Arrange the ham as desired.
