Preparation

  1. Stir the fresh cheese with pesto.
  2. Toast bread and spread with the fresh cheese.
  3. Place 4 slices of ham on the remaining bread, cut into 4 pieces.
  4. Peel and cut the peppers into pieces.
  5. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
  6. Cut the sandwiches into triangles
  7. Put a sandwich on a skewer followed by half a tomato and a slice of pepper and then repeat.
  8. Enjoy!
