Preparation

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil. Cook the burgers for 4 minutes per side and once cooked through, remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Add equal amounts of the lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, diced avocado, halved tomatoes and chopped gherkins to each bowl and top each with a burger and grated cheese on top.
  3. Drizzle over the burger sauce and give everything a toss before eating!
