Preparation
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil. Cook the burgers for 4 minutes per side and once cooked through, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add equal amounts of the lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, diced avocado, halved tomatoes and chopped gherkins to each bowl and top each with a burger and grated cheese on top.
- Drizzle over the burger sauce and give everything a toss before eating!
