300g Home Style Fries
1 xxxg pack Irish Chicken Goujons
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 onion, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tsp Batt’s easy garlic
1 tsp Batt’s easy chili
1 tsp soy sauce
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Seasoning mix:
1 tsp garlic granules
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp ground cumin
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of caster sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 200C fan. Place the fries and goujons onto a baking tray and cook in the
oven for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Combine the ingredients for the seasoning mix and set aside.
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil. Once it's very hot, add the
onion, peppers, garlic and chilli and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle over the seasoning mix and fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, crispy goujons, fries and most of the spring onions to the pan and stir fry
until everything is coated.
Serve with some more fresh spring onions to garnish.
