Preparation
- First mix the chicken with ketchup, vinegar, sugar and garlic.
- In a large saucepan heat the oil, add the peppers and onions, and fry for 5mins.
- Add the chicken mix to the pan also, and cook for 10mins until cooked through.
- Finally add the pineapple including the juice, the nuts, and violà the sweet and sour chicken is ready to serve!
*Tip: Why not try adding a little red chilli for that extra kick?
