Method
1.Clean strawberries, dice and mix with 2 tablespoons of flour. 2.Stir butter, sugar and salt until creamy. 3.Add eggs and stir until the sugar dissolves. 4.Mix remaining flour, almonds and baking powder and stir in briefly. 5.Add the strawberries and fill the dough into a greased flute mold (22 cm). 6.Bake in preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes. 7.Allow to cool on a wire rack, then turn out of the mold. Dust with powdered sugar.Tip: If you don't have a flute pan/mold you can use a standard spring form pan to make a flat sponge. Then decorate the top with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and strawberry jam.
