Tasty Tofu Tacos

Cook: Approx. 10-15 minutes

Taco filling:
2 tbsp Primadonna olive oil
1 tsp Batts chilli powder (optional)
2 tsp Batts cumin
2 tbsp Batts smoked paprika
2 tsp Batts oregano
½ tsp Batts garlic powder
1 large block Vemondo organic tofu
700ml Newgate vegetable stock

For serving:
Rowan Hill Bakery warm mini fl our tortillas, Vemondo
vegan cheese, Vemondo vegan mayo or soya yogurt,
smashed avocado, Snack Day salsa, chopped coriander.

1. Grate the block of tofu into a large bowl.
2. Add in all of your seasonings (chilli powder, cumin,
smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder) and mix well.
3. Add the olive oil to a medium/large sized pan
and allow to heat.
4. Add the mix to a medium heat and allow
to cook for 4-5 mins.
5. Add the vegetable stock to the mix and allow to cook off for
approx 5-10 minutes. Then let the tofu get crispy in the pan.
Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve on warm mini tortilla with your favourite toppings.
