Tom's Tomato and Chorizo Hot Pot
- Heat the oil in saucepan over a medium heat and fry the onion and mushrooms for 4 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the chorizo and cook for another 2 minutes until it begins to turn golden.
- Stir in the garlic, tomatoes and baked beans then simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent it sticking to the bottom of the pan.
