Method

  1. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan over a low heat. Add the onions, peppers and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, then add the cinnamon and paprika and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  2. Next, add the coconut milk and honey, bring to the boil. Taste the dish and season to your liking.
  3. Now, add the turkey and cook for 10 minutes. Finish with the chopped coriander and lemon juice and service with some boiled rice.
