Fast and Fabulous Turkey Stir Fry
This is proper fast food, no chopping of vegetables, really quick to make and it's really tasty... if your trying to be good for a while this stir fry with loads of crunchy fresh vegetables and lean Turkey will tick all the boxes.
- Heat your oil in a wok or large frying pan until it starts to smoke a little,then carefully add in the Turkey, don't be tempted to jiggle the turkey around to much just turn it once or twice and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add in your garlic and ginger followed by the vegetables and give everything a good turn.
- Add the splash of water the sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce and let the vegetables cook and the flavours come together for another 3-4 minutes or so... Don't overcook the vegetables, it's important to leave them a little crunchy.
- Season and serve with boiled rice and some fresh coriander if you have it.
