Method
Method
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees
- Line the flan case with butter and spread the pastry over it
- Dice onion, cut the rashers into strips, grate cheese
- Heat butter, bacon and onion until golden and then put it on a plate to cool
- Beat the eggs and milk together and add the onion, bacon and cheese
- Pour the mixture into the pastry case
- Bake for 30 to 35mins
- Cook wedges or make salad to serve with it and enjoy.
